THE MADDII RACING HUSQVARNA TEAM PUT TWO RIDERS ON THE PODIUM AS MANUCCI WON THE RACE AND FACCHETTI OBTAINED THE THIRD PLACE AT PONTE A EGOLA.
The second race of the Italian Championship was held in the historic Tuscan circuit of Ponte a Egola. Our Gianluca Facchetti was still aching because of the fall in Sweden last week. Good Saturday qualifying for all the Maddii Racing-Husqvarna team riders with Facchetti Gianluca second, Manucci Alessandro fourth and Del Coco Matteo fourteenth.
FIRST MANCHES: Extraordinary start for Facchetti and Manucci, first and second for the whole race without opponents. Del Coco Matteo during Saturday’s qualifying did not respect a yellow flag so he was relegated of ten positions in the first round and ended in thirty-sixth position.

SECOND MANCHE: in the hottest time of the day, the second manche started. Another rocket launch for Facchetti followed by Puccinelli. The two riders battled for more than half the race over and over again but in the end Puccinelli had the best on Facchetti. Gianluca preferred not to take unnecessary risks because of the very aching shoulder. Gorgeous race for Manucci who won the race and earned precious points in the championship with another second place. Beautiful performance also for Del Coco Matteo who managed to start in the top ten and ended the manche in a good eighth position.

Next event in Poland for the European Nations of motocross on September 2nd-3rd where Facchetti will wear the Italian national shirt.
27-28 AGOSTO 2017 SECONDA PROVA CAMPIONATO ITALIANO CLASSE 125. IL TEAM MADDII RACING HUSQVARNA METTE SUL PODIO DUE PILOTI, MANUCCI VINCE E FACCHETTI TERZO A PONTE A EGOLA.
La seconda gara di Campionato Italiano si è disputata nello storico circuito Toscano di Ponte a Egola. Il nostro Gianluca Facchetti è arrivato in gara ancora dolorante a causa della brutta caduta in Svezia della scorsa settimana. Buona la manche di qualifica del sabato per tutti i ragazzi del Team Maddii Racing-Husqvarna con Facchetti Gianluca secondo, Manucci Alessandro quarto e Del Coco Matteo quattordicesimo.
PRIMA MANCHE: partenza da manuale per Facchetti e Manucci, primo e secondo per tutta la manche senza avversari. Del Coco Matteo durante le prove di qualifica del sabato non avendo rispettato una bandiera gialla è stato retrocesso nella prima manche di dieci posizioni terminando così trentaseiesimo.

SECONDA MANCHE: nel momento più caldo della giornata è partita la seconda manche. Un’altra partenza a razzo per Facchetti seguito da Puccinelli. I due piloti hanno battagliato per oltre metà gara passandosi più volte ma ha avuto la meglio Puccinelli su Facchetti. Gianluca ha preferito non prendere rischi inutili a causa della spalla molto dolorante. Splendida gara per Manucci che con un altro secondo posto ha vinto la gara e guadagnato punti preziosi in campionato. Bella prestazione anche per Del Coco Matteo che riuscendo a partire nei primi dieci ha finito la manche in un’ottima ottava posizione.
