In the international circuit of Mantua our riders competed with the colors of 1999, when Chicco Chiodi won the world championship with the Husqvarna 125cc together with our Team.
Mattia Guadagnini did once again a great GP with a perfect weekend.
Race 1, starts in third position but after 20 minutes takes the lead and wins the moto with a good margin over the rivals. On Sunday morning during race 2, Mattia dominated the manche from the first minute, he got the holeshot and winning with large margin from the second. After this weekend’s excellent performance, Guadagnini is leading the 125cc European Championship with 35 points in front Tom Guyon.
Difficult weekend instead for Alberto Forato who competed in the MX2 World Championship. In qualifying he recorded an excellent seventh place but in the race due to a bad weather conditions he failed to replicate Valkeswaard’s great performance. However, a very important race for the experience of the young Italian rider.
The next appointment for the Maddii Racing Husqvarna Team will be on 25/26 May for the French GP, which will see our riders racing respectively in the EMX125 / EMX250 classes.

Il weekend concluso ci lascia con molte emozioni e ricordi.
Nel circuito internazionale di Mantova i nostri piloti sono scesi in pista con i colori del 1999, anno in cui Chicco Chiodi vinse il mondiale con la Husqvarna 125cc insieme al nostro Team.
Mattia Guadagnini si è fatto valere ancora una volta nel Gp Italiano con un fine settimana perfetto.
Gara 1, parte in terza posizione ma dopo 20 minuti prende il comando e vince la manche con un buon margine su gli avversari. Nella mattinata di domenica durante la quale si è svolta gara 2, Mattia ha dominato la manche dal primo minuto, aggiudicandosi l’holeshot e vincendo in solitario. Dopo l’eccellente prestazione di questo fine settimana, Guadagnini si trova in testa al campionato Europeo 125cc con 35 punti di distacco da Tom Guyon.
Weekend difficile invece per Alberto Forato che ha gareggiato nel Mondiale MX2. In qualifica ha fatto registrare un eccellente settimo posto ma in gara a causa delle avverse condizioni meteo e non é riuscito a replicare la grande prestazione di Valkeswaard. Gara comunque molto importante ai fini dell’esperienza per il giovane pilota Italiano.
Il prossimo appuntamento per il Team Maddii Racing Husqvarna sarà il 25/26 Maggio per il Gp di Francia che vedrà occupati i nostri piloti rispettivamente nelle classi EMX125/ EMX250.
