Team Maddii Racing Husqvarna, round two int.mx Ottobiano
Alberto Forato 303 said “The race in Ottobiano was strange for me. The track was very bumpy with a lot of ruts because of the rain and the snow. In the time practice I felt very good and I got 3rd time of my group. In moto 1 I took a good start but in the first corner a few riders stopped in front of me and I could not do anything. So I restarted last and I finish 14th. "In the superfinal I was around 10th position in the first lap and I quickly moved to 7th position after a couple of laps. Unfortunately when I was attacking to pass the rider in front of me I crashed and I did not finish the race. In Mantova I want to show my real potential.”
Mattia Guadagnini 101 said “The race of Ottobiano went well, not perfect as the one in Riola but with the critical conditions of the track I can be happy. I qualify in 9th position duo some problems in the first laps. In both moto’s I had a good start but than I was passed by some riders in the early laps. I tried to ride smooth without taking risks and I fish race 1 in 12th and the superfinal in 19th position.”
Federico Tuani 3 said “Yesterday I had some up and down; the day started well when I did the 4th time in my group, with a good fast lap in a difficult and wet track. In moto 1 I had a bad start, maybe last, and during the race I rode very stiff and I finished 21th. Second moto was better with a good start in 4th position and I had a good ride during all the race. For the next round I want to give my best to finish the championship as best as possible and I want a podium! Thanks to team for the great work and to my family.”
Raf Meuwissen 81 said “Ottobiano was a difficult day for me, the track was muddy and very difficult, when I started the training I had a crash in the 2nd lap, it cost me some time and the stress kicked in. I started to ride tight and when the timepractice started I didn’t found the good lines, I ended up 26th in my group what is very disappointed. I learned a lot of what I did wrong and I will do everything to end the MXINT. Championship on a good note next weekend in Mantova.”
The next appointment for Team Maddii racing Husqvarna will be this weekend in Mantova for the third round of the international mx 2019.
