FACCHETTI THIRD OVERALL WITH HUSQVARNA MADDII RACING
The circuit of Lommel in Belgium is the black beast for most Italian riders because of its sand. According to the schedule on Saturday morning, free practice and first manche are held.
In the qualifying practice on Saturday all three riders of the Maddii Racing-Husqvarna team obtained good results. Gianluca Facchetti got the second time, Alessandro Manucci the sixth and Matteo Del Coco the third.
FIRST MANCHE: Throughout the day there was a succession of rain alternating with the sun, making the track even more difficult for our riders. Gianluca started from the starting gate with a two-bikes advantage at the first corner and kept the lead for four laps. Then due to two crashes, he slipped back to the 14th position. However, Gianluca pushed hard and lap after lap he got back on top up to a terrific third place. Good races also for Alessandro Manucci who started in second position and kept it for some laps and then finished in eighth position. Matteo del Coco started twelfth and finished the race in seventeenth position obtaining his first points in the championship standing.

SECOND MANCHE: Another exceptional start for Gianluca Facchetti who was first with an advantage of about eight seconds on all his rivals in only three laps. But the sand of Lommel has no way out and even in this manche he slipped twice and went back to eighth position. He got back on the bike really fast and, motivated not to give up he ended the second manche in third position. Del Coco Matteo got points also in this second manche with another seventeenth place while Manucci had to retire after a crash with a consequent breakage of the filter.

FACCHETTI TERZO ASSOLUTO CON HUSQVARNA MADDII RACING
Belgio, circuito di Lommel, con la sua sabbia è la bestia nera per la maggior parte dei piloti Italiani. Come da programma il sabato mattina si svolgono le prove libere e la prima manche.
Nelle prove di qualifica del sabato tutti e tre i piloti del Team Maddii Racing-Husqvarna si sono ben piazzati. Gianluca Facchetti si è aggiudicato il secondo tempo, Alessandro Manucci il sesto e Matteo Del Cocco il terzo tempo.
PRIMA MANCHE: durante tutto il giorno è stato un susseguirsi di pioggia alternata al sole, rendendo ancora più difficile la pista per i nostri piloti. Gianluca scatta dal cancello di partenza primo con un vantaggio di due moto alla prima curva e tiene il comando per quattro giri, poi a causa di due scivolate retrocede fino alla quattordicesima posizione. Gianluca però si mette a capo basso e giro dopo giro risale la classifica fino ad uno strepitoso terzo posto. Ottime gare anche per Alessandro Manucci che partito secondo ha tenuto per alcuni giri la posizione e poi ha terminato in ottava posizione. Matteo del Coco partito dodicesimo ha terminato la gara in diciassettesima posizione aggiudicandosi i suoi primi punti in classifica di campionato.

SECONDA MANCHE: un’altra partenza da manuale vede Gianluca Facchetti primo con un vantaggio di circa otto secondi in soli tre giri su tutti gli avversari ma la sabbia di Lommel non perdona e anche in questa manche scivola due volte fino a retrocedere in ottava posizione. Risale in moto velocissimo, motivato a non mollare e terminerà la seconda manche in terza posizione. Del Coco Matteo va a punti anche la seconda manche con un altro diciassettesimo posto mentre Manucci dopo una scivolata con conseguente rottura del filtro si è dovuto ritirare.
